| வாரா வாரம் தொடர்ச்சியான தேர்வுகள் முழுமையாக 150 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு நடத்தப்பட்டு உடனடியாக மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்ட முறையும், அனைத்துத் தேர்வுகளுக்கும் OMR பயன்படுத்தப்பட்ட அணுகுமுறையும், தேர்வைப் பற்றிய பயத்தைப் போக்கி, நேர மேலாண்மையைக் கற்றுக் கொடுத்தது.தேர்வுநேரத்தைஎவ்வாறுசரியாகப்பயன்படுத்துவது என்பதைக் கற்றுக்கொடித்தது. |

| தேர்வுக்கான பாடத்திட்டங்கள் முழுமையாகவும் சரியாகவும் தொகுக்கப்பட்டு படிப்பதற்கு தரப்பட்டது. வகுப்புகள் நடத்திய ஆசிரியர்கள் 10 மற்றும் 12ம்வகுப்புவரையுள்ள பாடங்களையும் நடத்திய விதம் பயனுள்ளதாக இருந்தது. எத்தனை முறை சந்தேகங்களை எழுப்பினாலும் மறுக்காமல் தெளிவு படுத்திய விதம் Success Academy யின் ஆசிரியர்கள் மீது மட்டுமல்ல ஆசிரியர் சமூகத்தின் மீதே மதிப்பை அதிகரித்து விட்டது. |
